Yes, the telescope, despite its positioning restrictions, gives an equal bonus to all weapons.
(a) Yes
(b) If a propulsion module is running, it uses a constant amount. If it's off, it uses no coal.
(c) No, when a ship is grounded its lift and propulsion modules shut down and require no coal. Crew also stop operating those modules once grounded, so if you are low on crew, grounding your ship can give you more crew to do other things.
Does stacking telescopes increase the bonus? If it does than what is the point of the computer? It is kind of funny with bunkers how the telescope has to face backwards in multi.
Stacking telescopes does not increase the bonus. Each kind of accuracy-increasing module is only counted once. So two telescopes give the same bonus as one. :)
good to know, I don't really use much besides the crows nest(can't place more than one anyways) The targeting computer should be atleast %50 accuracy bonus for that extreme cost and resource demand.
Commander
Does a forward mounted telescope provide a bonus to rear facing weapons?
How exactly does a guard desk work, like a corridor but a guard is automatically posted there? Or does it block friendly movement?
Three coal questions come to mind:
