This idea is that on larger ships, there could be "Marine quarters/berth" modules. The job of marines would be to board enemy ships when you command them, and guard the bridge and other key areas so that enemy boarding teams can't kill the sailors in them. And maybe they could shoot rifles from deck modules? It's open to discussion. Marines would fight better than sailors, but they would not do any sailor duties. (Also open for discussion)
An armory module would be required on ships for sailors or marines to be able to defend the ship from boarding, or to board ships themselves. There could be two variants of an armory module, a small arms locker, that would be 1x1 big, and an armory module, which would be 1x3, or 2x2. Whichever works better.

Also I have a thought on the turreted cannons in dev5. I think that it shouldn't be a circle more like a pixelated circle or something. Something that could fit in to the grid of the air ships...
Maybe there should be two default texture sets toggable in the options, because I don't really like the idea of even more pixelated textures.
Or maybe the turrets would be wedges :D Win-Win!
Oh, something like the top half of a hexagon maybe?
