Hi, I am a computer illiterate parent and trying to download this for my 10 year old son. I have paid in humble bundle, they've sent me the email link and I have downloaded it. But not sure what to do next. I open it and hit Airships.exe but nothing is happening. Do I need a code or some other program to open it. I can't find a Key code. Help please...
Airships.exe should be the correct place. Unfortunately, it's not reporting any errors back to me. Can you try the following things:
Go into the appdata directory by going into the start menu and typing %APPDATA% and hitting enter. This will open a directory that may contain an AirshipsGame directory, which in turn may contain a log.txt file. If so, please email me this file.
Check if there's any log files next to the .exe that appear when you try to launch Airships.
