Well my suggestion is a giant buildings
So tiny shipyard quater of the map small shipyard half the map...
And if the ai only target the fortress center a large module that stores all the ammo therefore
Weapons aren't going to be shooting constantly because long distance travel and if it gets destroyed you loose it and the enemy captures it
Tiny shipyards 3 cannons 4 rifles 1 water pool 2 quarters 1 barracks (for defense) 2 special mines
A bomb with a ballon with minus gravity and don't need to worry about ammo fortress centre produces infinite ammo at a 3 ammo every 5 seconds
Small shipyard double items but only 1 fortress centre
Prove that size doesn't matter:)
Also if this actually becomes a thing make the fortress centre slightly exposed so it's kill or be killed
