Just an idea for there to be more in game sounds. I.E: Propeller sounds, foot steps, engine humming noises, steam venting noises, the slow methodical clunk of a large gear, the hum of electricity, and the creaking of the ship.(Just ideas)

I don't think we wan't footsteps for every sailor (when the maximum crew per ship is 120 people bustling around with always multiple airships/landships and buildings).
The rest of the idea would really add to the quality of the game, though!
Well, you would only hear the footsteps when you zoom in. And even then it would be faint.
That makes sense.
Sound effects for reloading the different weapons would be cool, maybe the noise for cannons would instead be the clanking of gears as the cannon 'adjusts pitch' during the reloading phase (yes, i know they just blink to the right spot when they shoot).
Speaking of cannon rotating, do you think cannons will ever visibly rotate?
Maybe, that way you could implement 'tracking speed' into weapon statistics (how many pixels/second a gun will pitch up or down).
That would be cool, so than in addition to accuracy/ship size you also need to worry about tracking speed/ship command/ship speed, making it easier to avoid huge guns with small ships.
Well, the turning speed might already be implemented.
