So we have different accuracy improvement modules (crow nest, telescope, targeting computer)
Does the accuracy improvement stack in between different modules providing it (i suppose they do) and in between the same module? (that's what i want to know meaning i could spam telescopes to get pinpoint accuracy)

They stack between different modules, but not between the same type. So two telescopes are as good as one.
