As they are right now, the spider legs for landships is vastly overpowered for multiplayer combat.
They are 50$ cheaper than their nearest counterpart (large tracks), while also being almost thrice as effective propulsion wise, able to carry almost 2000 more weight and they also add 300 more health to the ship compared to that same thing.
While this may be balanced in singleplayer by making them a special option, everybody in multiplayer can use them, and that is bad.
They make literally every other propulsion system for landships completely pointless. This is bad, as it stifles creative freedom considerably in multiplayer play.
I do have a proposal for a solution though; keeping the singleplayer balanced as it is now, while also keeping multiplayer balanced.
By simply adding another benefit to the Spider Herald, while simultaneously nerfing the spider legs down the exact same amount as was buffed by it so that when you have the herald, you get the same stats as the current legs.
I'm not sure how far you'll want to nerf them for multiplayer, so I am unable to do the math on it, but it should probably be pretty simple, and will solve what I think is one of the biggest balance issues in the game.
