Just a plain old list of the ships you have in your fleet, and where they are on the map, such as a name of a town in a province or the like. Would be awesome if you could select a few specific ships and put them into groups or brigades.
The category for airship organization would be fleets and divisions. Fleets being more then five and by having a capital ship. Land ships also need separate groups as platoons and brigades. a platoon would be more than five and a brigade would be more than 3.
