As of now, the properties MaxXrange and MaxUprange (i thought it was maxYRange lol), constrain the weapon's available targeting areas in an rectangular box (with an open bottom), is there, or if not, can there be a property that limits the weapon in a circular range?

There isn't, but there should be (especially because it'd help make the buzzsaw work better), and I have put it on the TODO list.
