Basically, Cities built on huge suspendium islands that can only be reached by air. Drift across the map moving from place to place. Would give the person controlling them the advantage of not having to fear landships but can NOT be used to build landships either. (Perhaps) Can be used as some sort of bombardment platform when on top of an enemy city?
I really dislike the idea of not having landships be able to invade them.
Nothing prevents me from having my one floating city and being immune to all landship fleets for the entire campaign, rendering them completely useless.
While I like the idea I think it should be more like normal terrain that floats at 1000m+ or something else that's very high, at-least giving anything with a flak gun a chance.

Perhaps. Or landships could just be at a severe disadvantage attacking them.
