Where do I find my registration code?

  I bought game in February in 2015(my version of the game is Early Access v5.2) and I do not know what my registration code is. I'd prefer not to buy the game again, so if any one knows where I can find my code please let me know. Thank you. P.S. I did not buy the game from humble.
