Have the ability to change the color of crewmen, guard, and boarder uniforms.
I really just want change the color of the grenadiers to black and red to make them more intimidating.

Yeah, that's on the "this would be cool, but not sure if I'll find the time to do it" list. But I agree it would be cool. It could default to your coat of arms colours but you could customize it.
