So Early Access 4.0 has dropped, with some major behind-the-scenes re-engineering. (Sorry, modders!)
If past versions are any indication, there's probably some really obvious bugs that I've managed to miss. When you try out 4.0, keep an eye out for problems (and also minor display errors, etc) and let me know here.
Captain, Engineering Corps
Man, I wish I could. Gonna try to get it fixed by Sunday...
Commander, Engineering Corps
When you view a city your spy has infiltrated, you can move the city's buildings around, even off the edge of the map.
Edit: Looks like it gives you the interface for the Defense Editor, but only when there's a ship in the city.
Thanks! I shall fix that shortly. :)
Too much events - example fires destroy the tower - its needs reduced - its too much and too fast before i could rebuild again
Noted, thanks. I will... temper the AI's enthusiasm about espionage actions.
I'm gonna get some bugs, my computer has been fixed! I think it was broken from a brown out. Which is like a blackout but the power doesn't go out completely.
Defenses randomly exploding and dying in combat (collapsing) and sometimes making an explosion when battle is started. Ships starting inside ramdomly floating earth. These are what I noticed after playing a full campaign.
I'm suggesting that you can destroy earth as well.
Here's another suggestion. More interface for editing/building ships, such as more info (?) and more tools (like click and drag, (especially useful for corridors) copy and paste, and so on).
Thank you for your report. I will get started on version 4.1 shortly. :D
When starting the game, clicking on resolution works fine, but hitting (enter) to select the resolution causes major, major slowdown. (on the linux build)
Noted and added to the todo list - thanks!
