I am sick and tired of these fucking Christians acting like this is some sort of conspiracy, or the start of a "Christian Holocaust". Thoughts on this?

Uhh, I know this is pressing issue, especially in the media. I also understand that this is an "off topic" thread, but is the post...necessary...in a forum for a videogame?
Though, if you want my opinion...I'm Christian myself, and I really don't care about this type of stuff. Sure it's a bit messed up and certain people will argue that it's not "natural". I really just try to avoid this kind of topic, because either way I say it, I'm offending someone.

I see where you're coming from. It's just, I'm getting so annoyed by people like the Vigilant Christian who thinks that everything is some sort of an Illuminati conspiracy, or people who act like legalizing gay marriage will lead to the "moral collapse" of the United States.

Most of the media seems to be getting overly worked up about Christians' refusal to bake a wedding cake/other similar denial of service, yet there's barely a peep about the Muslims who celebrated the recent decision by throwing a number of gays off a building.
In any case, this discussion probably isn't for this forum, as many people tend to become testy when discussing such topics.

Agreed.

Alright.

Just putting in my 2c,
Im not Christian
I dont follow any Faith
Gays can do what they want as long as they dont impact me (ie, campaigning at my door, marches etc..)
A Church should be able to turn away Gays due to the Religion of the Church, it shouldnt be FORCED for Churches to have to marry Gays.
Marriage is a concept related to the Church, Their are already (in where I am) Legal bindings that have the same aspect as a Marriage.
You also dont have to get married in a Church (as far as I believe, not sure if still true).

Yeah, I'm going to close this thread. None of you did anything wrong re: the code of conduct, but this thread is pretty much bait for that to happen eventually.
